This is my Alder Memory Quilt that was given to my son last year. Alder was the bestest dog ever. He lived to be 12 at which time his hips had given out.
It was only the second quilt that I free motion quilted. Practice, practice, practice, but no perfection here.
This cute little baby quilt was made and given to a friend in Montana who took it to a reservation along with many other quilts. It was my very first attempt at free motion quilting and to be very honest, it wasn't too good, but I'm hoping the baby that gets it will love it all the same.
